As far as i know there is no clear proof or Hadith which allows you to say Alhamdulillah after having sex but on the other side there's no clear reference for not doing this as i will try to proof. For example there is a well known dikhr or dua' before having sex you can find it in Sahih Muslim and Sahih al Bukhari as follows: 22 Significance in the QuranSunnah. 22.1 1.Allah praises the believers who performdhikr. 22.2 2.Allah tells us that a sign of the believer is that he is always engaged indhikr. 22.3 3.The difference between the one who engages indhikrand the one who does not. 22.4 4.Dhikrprotects you from your worst enemies. Then Allah created Adam (‘alayhis salam). When Allah blew life into Adam, the first thing he did was sneeze and say “Alhamdulillah” (All praise be to Allah) The angels liked this act so much that they added this to their praise and glorification of Allah. Thus the kalimah became “Subhanallah Walhamdulillah”.
